LOCATION: Miami Beach, FL or Remote (East Coast)

JOB TYPE: Part-time (7-10 hours per week)

The Social Media & Content Assistant is responsible for the execution and project management of the CEO’s social media and content site, NancyTwine.com. NancyTwine.com is a content site focused on publishing resources to empower women throughout all areas of their life, with a focus on entrepreneurship.

Social Media Management (Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok) - 2 to 4 posts / wk per platform

Project manage timelines for content production
Draft and edit captions for social content based on preset guidelines
Upload all social content into Planable platform for review and approval
Schedule approved content for publishing on designated dates and times
Engage daily with colleagues, commenters, and groups on LinkedIn
Update LikeShop and posts as needed at timing of Instagram and LinkedIn posts

Article Content Management - 8 to 9 articles / mo

Project manage article review and approval timelines in Content Planner document
Nominate relevant stock and owned images for inclusion in the article, using SEO best practices for renaming images
Review articles and determine opportunities for affiliate links
Manage affiliate link dashboard by researching potential affiliates, setting up affiliate accounts, and inserting approved affiliate links into articles
Upload final articles into WordPress and publish according to schedule

Newsletter Management - 1 / mo

Project manage newsletter review and approval timelines in Planable platform
Upload and schedule monthly newsletter on Klaviyo

Content Planning Management

Oversee Content Planning document and Planable platform to ensure content objectives and posting cadence is being met
Follow up with agencies, consultants and other approvers to ensure content is migrating to final approved form in line with deadlines

Reporting

Prepare a biweekly social media analytics report (engagement, follower growth, top performing / least performing posts)
Prepare a biweekly article content performance report (site traffic, article traffic, engagement, affiliate revenue, etc)
Prepare a monthly newsletter analytics report (conversions, open rate, click rate, etc)

Required Experience

1+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
Experience with social media and management tools (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Dash Hudson, Planable, etc.)
Strong project management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
