We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrative & Programming Assistant to support our executive team and growing community.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

Managing inbound general communication to include but not limited to membership inquiries, event inquiries and vendor outreach.
Scheduling social media posts
Managing social media engagement
Assist with posting blog and newsletter within content platforms
Support logistics management for executive team special projects
Assist with management of executive team calendars for events and meetings
Support executive team in updating and maintaining operational documents and internal communications.

Community Engagement

Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction
Espouse the TARRA values
Greet all members and guests as they enter our location.
Be frontline support for basic technology and membership questions.
Create and manage member profiles in member management system
Support Community Manager in coordinating and tracking new member onboarding

Programming & Event Execution

Design and create event announcements and event pages.
Support the Marketing team with social media event updates
Work with the programming team to ensure proper event set up and delivery of programs from start to finish, occasional night and weekend support may be required.
Assist the programming team with data collection and information dissemination post programming events.

Facilities & Space Management

Support the Community Manager and Operations team with facility set up and maintenance throughout the day and during events. Escalate problems and outages to appropriate contact/vendor to be resolved quickly.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of consumables

Experience and Requirements

H.S. degree, the ideal candidate will be working towards an advanced degree or certification
2-4 years experience in hospitality, coworking or similar with increasing responsibility in either a sales or customer service role
The ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Highly detail oriented
Experience with social media platforms and marketing and design programs preferred
Able to understand and work with the variety of hardware and software applications that our space depends on
Experience with written content generation in a business environment and basic graphic design skills are a plus
Passion for Denver and our entrepreneurial community
Interest in working independently with only occasional interactions with the owners
Fluent in English. The ability to speak the additional language is a plus.
High-level ethics, empathy, and dependability
Legally authorized to work in Colorado

Salary and Benefits

Starting pay is $22.50 - $30 an hour
