You must reside in the USA
Greet and provide support for all guests, visitors, and team members.
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct the caller to the appropriate person in a polite and professional manner.
Point of contact for deliveries/packages. Making sure deliveries are unpackaged and put away and/or are given to the appropriate person.
Pick-up, drop-off, prepare postage/labels for mail/UPS/FedEx, courier services, etc.
Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all team members as necessary with minimal supervision.
Scan, file documents and maintain an accurate filing system.
Maintain office space cleanliness.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms as requested.
Promote a positive, friendly office environment.
Utilize Therap for the printing of requested reports and documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Design and update business website regularly.
Create monthly newsletter and distribute accordingly.
Coordinate and schedule office activities as requested.
Researching, promoting new activities, opportunities, and adaptive equipment and technology that will enhance and expand services provided.
Adhere and comply with all reporting requirements of abuse, neglect, and mistreatment.
Participate and assist with CQL Accreditation. Attend Basic Assurances Committee meetings, communication with CQL representatives, assist in compiling and maintaining required paperwork and follow up from CQL.
Enforce and support Triumph, Inc. policies and procedures.
Perform related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements-

High School Degree
1 year of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field and/or clerical office duties.
Reliable transportation
Adequate car insurance
Consent to Federal and State Background checks (provided by employer)
Consent to driving record check (provided by employer)
Consent to initial hiring drug test and random selection thereafter (provided by employer)
CPR, 1st Aid, TI, ANE, and module training (training will be provided by employer)
