Job Description:

As an Assistant at Simmons Media, you will be a pivotal support role, working closely with the owner to ensure the seamless execution of marketing tasks for our clients. Your tasks will encompass a range of responsibilities, including Google Spreadsheets management, content scheduling, invoicing, formatting newsletters, Notion scheduling, email management, file organization, amongst other tasks to help the daily execution of operations at Simmons Media.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Spreadsheets: Maintain and organize data in Google Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and effective audience engagement.
HubSpot Management: Assist in managing HubSpot, including blogs, and content scheduling.
Video Content Creation: Utilize CapCut or similar tools to create video content, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and marketing strategies.
Notion Control and Management: Maintain and update Notion for scheduling, project tracking, and collaborative team efforts.
Email Scheduling/Review: Assist in scheduling and deploying email campaigns via MailChimp/ActiveCampaign to ensure proper segmentation and audience targeting. Review owners' emails to sort into priority categories.
Team Calendars
File Organization: Maintain order and organization of digital assets and files on the company's hard drives for easy accessibility.
Newsletter: Reformat content the team creates to be accessible via newsletter.

Qualifications:

High school diploma
Ability to work in person in West Chester, PA
Bachelor’s degree or working toward a degree in marketing, communications, or related field is Preferred.
Skilled with Notion.
Strong organization and detail skills with proficiency in Google Spreadsheets.
Knowledge of social media management and content scheduling.
Basic knowledge of health/fitness due to our clientele being in this space.
Familiarity with HubSpot, MailChimp, and TikTok is a plus.
Creative mindset and an eye for design.
