The Creative Services Specialist will create, manage, and produce digital and print design solutions for a variety of uses across many platforms. The Creative Services Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to produce on-brand and eye-catching collateral that aligns with Rotochopper’s identity and overall brand.

Responsibilities

Creation of graphics, designs, and images for print and digital publications; including magazine ads, inserts, banner ads, newsletter, and eblast graphics, etc.
Understanding of social media platforms, creative best practices for various placements, and trends across platforms. Creation of creative content for these platforms including images, infographics, graphics, GIFS, etc.
Creation and management of marketing collateral pieces; including brochures, sell sheets, folders, business cards and presentations.
Responsible for all company, product, and event logos. Create and provide logos to stakeholders as needed.
Creation of graphics, designs and images for tradeshows and events; including signage, banners, collateral, and event layouts.
Provides support to marketing and sales team for tradeshows as needed.
Provide images, headers, and graphics for email marketing campaigns.
Provides assistance and creative content for promotional and apparel items including images, logos, graphics, etc.
Creates and maintains files for all creative reference and resources using a project management system.
Creation of machine graphics and decals, and manuals.
Ensure messaging and content are consistent with and integrated into campaign approved messaging.
Provides support and assistance for creative aspects of Rotochopper website; including creating headers, graphics, images, utilizing WordPress to upload and manage creative library and content pieces.
Work across departments to maintain various machine manuals, checklists, and additional customer facing content.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, mass communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
2-3 years of experience in the field of graphic design, marketing, or advertising is preferred.
Must think creatively to develop compelling visual materials that align with marketing strategies, objectives, and our brand.
Must have excellent organization skills and strong project management abilities.
An interest in the latest, greatest design tools/tech and ideas on how to leverage them.
Strong customer orientation (both internal and external customers).
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe).
Experience with photography, videography, and video editing a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
Employee is required to interact with a computer, telephone, other office equipment, and communicate with peers, and co-workers.
Position requires standing, sitting and walking for extended periods of time. Must be able to see and move throughout the plant in order to resolve work problems and facility processes.
