About the role:

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be the architect of Pompa Program's marketing landscape. Your role goes beyond traditional marketing; it's about shaping narratives that resonate, crafting strategies that captivate, and steering a team towards innovation. You'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives that embody our faith-based values, driving the narrative of health empowerment. This role is not just about marketing; it's about forging connections, inspiring change, and contributing to a movement that believes in the incredible potential of the human body.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Pompa Program's mission and objectives. Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity.
Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels. Ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience and reflects our faith-based, mission-driven values.
Content Management (Heavy on SEO): Drive a comprehensive content strategy, optimizing it for search engines. Ensure that our content aligns with our mission and engages our audience effectively.
Podcast: Spearhead the development and promotion of a compelling podcast series that amplifies our brand's voice and provides valuable insights to our community.
Speaking/Event Tour: Strategically plan and execute speaking engagements and events to amplify Pompa Program's presence, creating meaningful connections with our audience.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer experience, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that support overall business objectives.
Digital Marketing Excellence: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, weekly newsletter, SEO. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our online presence.
Public Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and influencers. Lead PR campaigns to enhance Pompa Program's visibility and reputation.
Budget Management: Responsible for the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience with social media, podcast management, content marketing & SEO, PR, branding, product design, and packaging design.
Experience with reputation management.
Proven success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. Bonus if experience is in the health and wellness industry.
Strong understanding of faith-based marketing and the ability to integrate these values into the overall marketing approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Experience with B2C and B2B marketing.

You will be interviewed, assessed, and expected for you and your team to perform the following based on the job scorecard below:

Hosting 1 Podcast per week
Releasing 2 articles per week
1-2 Public Relations engagement per month
1 speaking engagement per month
3-5 social media posts per day
