POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR information to help streamline processes and implement initiatives designed to support continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced changing environment while meeting the needs of our internal and external customers.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, demonstrate initiative, and be able to work independently. Preference will be given for prior experience with these HR activities:

· Administer FMLA leave procedure

· Annual performance reviews

· Coordinate supervisor employment law training

· Create and update policies & procedures

· Review and update Employee Handbook

· Employment law compliance

· Pre-employment Skills & Knowledge assessments

· Assist with wage and benefit surveys

· Employee Wellness Program

· Annual service awards

· Employee newsletter

· Employee surveys

· Exit interviews

· Job Analysis

· Job Descriptions

Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent education

· 5+ years of HR experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with all components of Microsoft Office

· Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ablity to multi-task
