Ozmo is seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our growing team. As Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be focused on coordinating and implementing a broad range of marketing and communication programs, including developing engaging marketing and sales enablement content to support the growth of our business and creating and implementing messaging strategies for our enterprise software products. You will report to the Director of Marketing and work alongside Sales and Product to position Ozmo as best-in-class and build strong brand awareness and loyalty.

What you will do:

Create expert content tailored to enterprise buyer personas across various funnel stages, including but not limited to presentations, one-pagers, industry white papers, blogs and more
Lead public relations opportunities including creation and distribution of press releases, customer announcements, cross-promotion of content, speaking engagements and news articles
Own Ozmo's sales enablement toolkit including the regular auditing, updating and creation of new content to implement scalable, repeatable processes
Partner closely with Sales to understand messaging and content needs for prospects and customers throughout the stages of our funnel
Coordinate external communication to customers and prospects as part of go-to-market plans in coordination with Product for new features and major releases, drafting email messaging, talking points and positioning communication along with detailed plans for execution
Develop, implement and measure the success of customer marketing strategies in coordination with
Director of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive loyalty, retention, referrals and brand advocates within enterprise accounts
Create messaging and communication plans for ad-hoc email marketing campaigns in coordination with Demand Generation and Sales
Implement reporting and measurement into all activities and regularly share learnings to marketing team to enable data-driven decision making
Maintain and drive adoption of Ozmo communication style guide and content governance policies across teams
Partner with Digital on growing our newsletter subscribers and engagement
Work with Marketing Intern on social media strategy to align these channels with our overall marketing strategy and communication best practices
Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation teammates on various projects which may include research and analysis, marketing campaigns, event coordination and more
Manage and plan your work in Jira in two-week marketing team sprints

What you will bring to the role:

Three or more years of experience in marketing and communications in the technology industry, ideally with SaaS products
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field
Stellar writing skills with demonstrated examples of successful marketing copy and messaging
Proven ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently
Adept at leading cross-functional initiatives with excellent organization and communication
Foundational knowledge of design principles; visual design experience is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to and champion brand standards across the organization
Experience with HubSpot, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Google Slides, Canva or
Adobe Creative Cloud and other marketing software
Ability to travel approximately twice per year to support the marketing team at large trade shows

Pay Range: $60,000 - 80,000 (additional 10% potential bonus opportunities)

This position is fully remote. Applicants must be based in the continental US.
