Seeking: Marketing Project Manager

For CX Product Marketing team. We oversee marketing for several sales and CX teams.

Looking for an individual who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Projects change quickly as does prioritization. Fun, dedicated team full of talented marketers where you'll be a critical backbone to the team's success with visibility across all projects and senior leadership.

This role is a backfill. Looking for someone to start in February. Contract length through June 2025 with likely extension through June 2026.

This individual will work with one other project manager on the team and we split up projects according to skillsets and capacity. Individual will report to Dir of Product Marketing. Individual will work on projects across all team members, including Senior Director.

Overview of responsibilities:

1.) Rhythm of Business/Project Management

Managing v teams and schedules

CX Team meeting
SteerCo (Exec comms)
Owns scheduling, content, agenda, workback schedules, follow-ups/actions
File organization on Teams channel

2.) Product Marketing

Seismic lead (content management system)

Managing uploads and pulling monthly reports to notate wins & opportunities

Manage content creation vendors

Craft e-mails when ready to engage, document and track workback schedules

Newsletters

Create first draft of content to be submitted in monthly newsletters

Pulling reports/analytics and communicating out

3.) Other

*We’re a relatively new team with a new leader after a re-org in the previous fiscal year, so we’re looking for someone to bring their expertise and experience to better us and proactively contribute new ideas and ways of working. This person will be a contributing member of the team, and not just solely working on a specific project or task.

Hard Skills: OFT files for Outlook newsletter template, strong PPT design skills, Workback schedules in PPT and Excel, Power BI dashboard (for analytics/pulling reports)

Experience in opening POs preferred

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially with senior leadership for leading meetings and writing executive e-mails, strong copywriting
