The Director of Corporate Branding’s primary function is to manage and enhance the marketing department and marketing strategy of MJ Harris.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Work with pursuit teams from different departments to coordinate and manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and other client submissions. Draft and assemble all required information by working closely with other departments. Ensure all RFPs meet established requirements and are delivered on time to each respective Client / potential Client. Clearly communicate the information, deliverables, and content needed from pursuit teams, including deadlines.
Create, maintain, and regularly update data for all proposal submissions, including resumes / headshots, project data sheets, ‘canned answers’ for general proposal responses, logos, and proposal themes.
Design, develop, order, advise on and distribute marketing materials for MJ Harris, including brochures, trade show booths, trade show giveaways, etc.
Periodically review M.J Harris website to advise and assist in keeping content current, branded appropriately, and to help build a consistent and positive brand image that supports our business objectives.
Oversee the Company’s social media presence and positive image by ensuring updates are posted regularly to MJ Harris social media accounts.
Design, produce, and distribute semi-annual Company newsletter to all employees. Engage other employees and departments to provide pertinent project information, departmental updates, employee involvement at local events, photos, etc.
Lead the effort in planning company / employee events to ensure their success.
Locate, manage, accumulate, assemble, and submit information for company and industry awards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) or more years’ experience in corporate Marketing, where a high degree of latitude and creativity were required. Experience in Construction Marketing is preferred, but not required.
Must be proficient in using Adobe InDesign and Canva.
