The Role

Location: US-based, with potential onsite collaboration 1-2 days per month

Type: Full-time, starting at 30 hours per week

The Creative Social Media Intern will manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and contribute to our brand’s online presence. This role involves social selling, video content creation, and community engagement to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar, creating daily posts and reels.
Create and edit content, including short-form videos and testimonials.
Engage with the community on social platforms, executing social selling strategies.
Write and distribute weekly newsletter and launch emails.
Collaborate on content creation, including funnels, landing pages, and event planning.
Assist with influencer outreach and podcast bookings.
Plan and coordinate virtual and live events.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Strong video editing skills and proficiency with Canva and other editing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills and understanding of social media analytics.
Experience in marketing copywriting and content creation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

Lead Generation: Skilled in nurturing leads and driving engagement.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Deliver reliable and timely results, ensuring a 24-48 hour turnaround on prospect engagement.
Communicate clearly and effectively via email, phone, and text.

Weekly Metrics

Post seven days per week on social media platforms.
Create and send weekly email newsletters and announcements.
Engage with community members and track interactions.

Monthly Metrics

Develop a monthly social media calendar.
Assist with content creation and launches for workshops and events.
Coordinate live events and virtual conversion events.
