We do it through various avenues of testosterone replacement, peptides, wave therapies, and many other ancillary products to help men feel their best!

SUMMARY: The HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting and monitoring all Human Resource functions. This professional will assist in the recruitment process when necessary, onboarding, delivery of the benefits, create and update company policies, compliance management and tracking, maintain employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond and process employee inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain basic knowledge of applicant tracking system to step in as directed
Assist recruiter and hiring managers with interview screenings and selection
Help prepare and update offer letters to include accurate compensation and benefit package information.
Assist with the onboarding and orientation process as needed
Keep employee profiles updated with position and/or location changes, pay, status, and benefit changes as well as any other systems or areas that need updating due to these changes. Reconcile benefits at termination
Understand and administer all aspects of the benefits programs through Paylocity and assist in manual enrollments of health benefits into each plan. This includes new hires, open enrollment, and life changing events
Provide support and guidance to management and staff when complex, specialized and sensitive employee questions or issues arise
Work with department heads to create and gather documentation for PIP’s, discipline notices, and termination notices to present to employees. Present final forms to the Human Resource Manager for approval
Respond in a timely manner to Verification of Employment requests, separation notices, garnishment, and child support notices, etc.
Support the Human Resource Manager in maintaining HR compliance training and records
Maintain a solid understanding of labor/employment law and the payroll process and keep up to date with labor legislation
Assist in modification of handbooks and policies for each company throughout all states that comply with state and federal laws and guidelines
Create and update accurate job descriptions for new and existing positions with approval from the Human Resource Manager and Department Leads
Support the Human Resource Manager to foster a positive work environment by providing HR updates and recognition companywide through the newsletter and Paylocity announcements
Work with and train department heads on efficiencies in HR processes especially related to accurate and timely payroll, expense management and submissions, and retrieving documents and information to support necessary changes
Knowledge of LOA processes
Assist with filing records and end of year reporting and mailings
Help with directing the IT company with needs, ordering items, and tracking company property
Communicate any concerns or process issues to the Human Resources Manager
Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities
Indirectly supervises all employees within all locations as a professional leader of the company to adhere to all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or master’s degree from a 4-year college or university in a HR related field, or minimum four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SHRM-CP is a plus
Working understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures
Hands on experience and fluency in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) we use Paylocity.
Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems; Project Management Software
