Responsibilities

We are seeking an assistant to work alongside the Marketing Manager to create company communication strategies in addition to technical design, layout and print work. Produces, designs, writes and edits the club’s newsletter and other internal and external written communications. Creates and implements communication through various mediums (web, print, social media and displays) to increase and retain membership in the club, as well as to increase participation in member events and activities. Helps establish and maintain consistent company image throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Social Media preferred.

· Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite: In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office including: Power Point & Publisher.

· Must be familiar with digital file formats (tiff, gif, eps, pdf, jpg) and have a comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles and production methods.

· Must be proficient in the development of social media posting to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) and build a branding to further communicate to Members and the community

· Must be able to develop and manage content for internet web pages and multimedia projects.

· Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience in one or more of the following areas: communication, marketing, advertising management and/or media relations.

· Record of building successful development and execution of strategic communication plans and programs within a fast-paced, challenging environment.

· Demonstrated hands-on experience and success in developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies.

· Desire to continuously learn.

· Strong, clear decision-making and creative problem solving qualities.

· Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.

· Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
