IFI is a fast-growing insurance company and is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. We are seeking a Communications Specialist who will direct, plan, and coordinate the ACA communications strategies for IFI clients and staff during our open enrollment season (ACA).

What You’ll Do

Create and email newsletter updates about important information as ACA season progresses and respond to all inquiries.
Develop and implement internal communications via Canva, WordPress, PandaDoc and PowerPoint.
Work with leadership team to facilitate communication strategies to: key account partners, internal teams, and direct customers.
Collaborate with leadership team to create webinar presentations and corporate communication materials detailing key communication efforts, description of service levels, and highlighting increased areas of customer support.
Oversee communication press releases, scripts, and editorials.
Assist in developing pricing strategies, advertising goals and sales proposals.
Partner with management to set and coordinate Agency/Broker Relations ACA kick off meetings.
Be a subject matter expert regarding insurance placement as it relates to timing of surrogacy cycles and journeys, helping to be the expert guide to both intended parents and agency partners to organize and adhere to marketplace and enrollment deadlines.
Manage inbound communications/questions to our email inbox and respond to all customer and agency inquiries within 1 business day.
Attend staff meetings with ACA team lead and discuss clients’ questions from the agent team and deliver answers back to clients.
Report on IFI performance/ evaluate their experience / listen to feedback / client wish list for next season and present to leadership.
Communicate with Medical Billing management by communicating confirmation of pregnancies, onboarding, and introduce important team members, etc.
Advise on any open/outstanding unpaid service fee invoices from accounting.
Perform market research studies and analyze their findings.
Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven experience in a high volume, customer service, and primarily remote role.
Knowledge of health care insurance industry, surrogacy, IVF, third party reproduction industry desired.
Ability to work in multiple operating systems with attention to detail and record keeping in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Self-starter, resourceful, independent thinker.
