We are a dynamic media production agency with a non-profit arm and several high-profile clients in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. We specialize in live events, documentaries, commercials, and more. We are seeking a talented Blog Writer / Newsletter Specialist to join our small but mighty team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an expert in Mailchimp who can craft engaging newsletters for our agency, non-profit, and clients. This is a remote position, requiring an average of 4-8 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be an excellent ghostwriter adept at using ChatGPT to turn meeting/interview notes into compelling newsletter content in conjunction with details/links/media provided in Trello.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design newsletters in Mailchimp (based on a template provided)

•. Create and design blog entries in Wordpress: Elementor & WP Bakery (based on a template)

• Turn meeting/interview notes/video recording transcriptions into polished copy using ChatGPT

• Collaborate with lead Producer and Clients directly to capture the right tone and message from the first draft to final approval.

• Attend weekly Zoom meetings for updates, brainstorming sessions, Client interviews

• Utilize tools like Trello for project management and Vimeo/YouTube for content integration

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Mailchimp (provide samples of past work)

• Proven experience with Wordpress: Elementor & WP Bakery (provide samples of past work)

• Proficiency in ChatGPT for content creation and polishing

• Strong writing, communication, and editing skills

• Familiarity with Trello for task management

• Basic experience with Vimeo and YouTube for integrating our video content

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Ability to take initiative to manifest the creative content necessary to be successful

• Excellent language and inquiry skills for weekly Zoom meetings
