COROS is looking to hire a community manager to help foster and build our online and in-person brand experience. If you are someone who has interest and experience in endurance training/coaching, social media, and event management, we would like to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional community-building skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with excellent customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with individuals in the endurance training community
Share COROS educational content with the endurance sports community.
Engage audiences on a variety of social media channels and online forums
Engage with passionate COROS users on a variety of social media and online platforms.
Monitor and report on consumer feedback to identify room for improvement.
Respond to social media comments/questions in a timely manner
Generate topics and conversations to facilitate growth of the COROS community
Setting and implementing communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of endurance training and/or GPS watch technology
Have been actively engaging online communities such as Facebook and Reddit.
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
Proven track record in creating and executing ideas in a timely manner
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. active members on social/forums)
Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Current COROS users preferred

Remote: Denver, CO or Irvine, CA areas preferred

Expected Pay:

$46-52k
