Marketing Coordinator- Full Time

Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity partners with low-income residents to provide safe, decent, affordable homeownership. The Marketing Coordinator is an enthusiastic team member of the Development department reporting directly to the Director of Development. They will assist with promoting the affiliate through social media, photography and videography, creating affiliate marketing materials and graphics, sustain donor support and enhance the affiliate’s mission through fundraising efforts.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

Design, create and distribute marketing materials such as social media graphics, bi-monthly e-newsletter, outreach brochures, home sponsor signs, and handouts for special events.
In tandem with the Development Team, build, create/maintain, and execute ongoing social media content for Facebook™ and Instagram™.
Create videos of volunteers and homeowners to use for social media and website content.
Work with the Director of Retail to create monthly store promotions and graphics.
Oversee and coordinate homeowner dedications. Including creating and printing dedication brochures, confirming staff members attending, and taking pictures.
Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to manage who will attend and take pictures of Wall Raises, groups on job sites, and pictures needed of volunteers on weekends.
Assist with the planning and execution of campaigns and special events.
Daily processing of donations. Responsible for donation entry and maintaining current and accurate records in donor database.
Manage donor acknowledgement and recognition including generating thank you letters.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Development.

Qualifications

Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with social media, including Facebook and Instagram.
Familiarity with Canva™, Constant Contact™, and Illustrator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention-to-detail and organization skills.
Ability to learn, understand, and promote Charlotte County Habitat’s mission.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Valid Florida driver’s license.
