Beer Capitol in Sussex, WI now hiring for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with primary responsibility for Beer Capitol sales and the Frank Beverage Group (FBG) family of companies to develop marketing strategies action plans, corporate branding and messaging and accomplish forecasted marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Acts as facilities tour coordinator for MolsonCoors training class program, WBDA/NBWA guests, and local partners
Develops and leads all communications with Beer Capitol Key Charitable partnerships
Updates and maintains Beer Capitol's company website, and coordinates maintenance with a third-party provider.
Manages and coordinates the compilation and distribution of Beer Capitol's retailer newsletter on a quarterly basis, including maintaining distributions lists
Creates opportunities locally to give Beer Capitol exposure to the community though major media outlet opportunities, including TV, radio, and print.
Leads and executes and local company beer summit events Has sufficient knowledge of company products to answer routine inquiries.
Promptly prepares all required reports
Presents positive and enthusiastic attitude to management and co-workers
Maintains knowledge of company products and services
Leads strategy and analysis on supplier radio, TV, and print media for FBG

Qualifications

Ability to travel independently to various locations (within and outside the community or service area of employer).
Ability to operate a computer and learn programs employed by the company
