Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality control and exceptional communication skills? Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a Listing Marketing Coordinator to manage and enhance our listing marketing efforts.

In this role, you will work closely with our ad agency and sales team, utilizing our software platforms to streamline workflows and ensure the highest quality of digital and print ads. If you are highly organized, driven, and possess a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Job Description:

The Listing Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department and is an integral role in the management and oversight of marketing our listings for the company and our brokers. The Department’s mission is to produce high-quality marketing materials while developing new strategies and adopting innovative marketing technology. This role requires broad communication with our ad agency and coordination with our sales team. The Listing Marketing Coordinator will utilize our proprietary software platform, AJAX, to manage workflows and ordering efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Production and management of all print and digital advertising in coordination with our design team.
Manages the order and workflow of ad production through our internal platform, AJAX, including uploading ads for our seller marketing reports.
Participate in daily team meetings and all mandatory marketing calls.
Proofread and copyedit property listings and agent advertisements for local print and digital publications.
Generate internal company communication on new paid-for marketing opportunities and deadlines.
Respond to agent emails in the department email account promptly and professionally.
Manages the company’s seasonal Open House tours.
Assist with the creation of our newsletter email campaign program.
Assist Director of Marketing with image and video selection for our company brand advertising.
Assist Director of Marketing with company website, SEO, and Google performance.
Oversees company social media accounts including but not limited to new listing content creation, holiday graphics, agent success stories, SIR brand marketing content.
Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and are error-free.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and materials.
Learn and master all company marketing software programs.

Criteria for Evaluation

Evaluated on thoroughness of duties, teamwork, attitude, courtesy, relations with other employees and brokers, punctuality, accuracy, ability to handle responsibility, willingness to support Management. The first 90 days are considered a trial period after which time there will be an evaluation.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to Senior Director of Sales & Marketing

Develop and maintain relationships with marketing department team members, design team, office managers, upper-level management and ownership.

Qualifications:

Highly detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading and copyediting skills.
Excellent grammar and communication skills.
Achievement-oriented and driven.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Dropbox, and Adobe products such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This job is in-office with the possibility of being hybrid. This position offers flexibility to work on-site between multiple offices in the Roaring Fork Valley to accommodate the needs of our team. During the initial trial period, this position is full-time, in-person role with the possibility to transition to a hybrid model after the 90-day evaluation.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some additional duties would require the ability to lift boxes or marketing equipment up to 40lbs, bend or stand as necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, generally 8:30 – 5:00PM.

Travel

This position will require the ability to travel between our multiple office locations within the Roaring Fork Valley and occasional on-site meetings or events.
