Job Overview

Antfood is hiring a talented Communications & Content Lead to join our team in New York, Amsterdam or São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing brand communications by disseminating our creative content, expertise and culture to the outside world — supporting marketing, sales and thought leadership.

The right candidate is equal parts creative- and process-oriented, at home in Airtable and/or Google Sheets as well as with an iPhone and Premiere/Photoshop — organized, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. The role balances the rigor of marketing and soft sales processes with creative content creation and messaging to build the business across our key verticals.

Responsibilities

Manage Antfood external communications: including owning the marketing pipeline, content creation and thought leadership touchpoints.
Operate weekly processes and coordinate with creative & production teams for real results
Produce original content, case studies, thought leadership, brand films with a keen ear to what resonates with different audiences and on different platforms.
Create, gather, edit and polish content in creative tools such as Premiere, Figma, Canva
Identify opportunities for impact, managing press, content calendar & social channels, including day-to-day posting, messaging, & content
Update and maintain website content, to best portray Antfood’s work, culture, and future
Organize & send out monthly newsletter using Canva/Figma & Mailchimp
Strategize and instigate sales & marketing initiatives including: events, client gifts, general outreach
Organize and maintain media archive, capabilities presentations, clients and resources
Manage submissions to industry awards & help coordinate speaking engagements
Support growth, and sales teams through comms & marketing strategy for Antfood and connected sub-brand ( i.e. music catalog & supervision, film & TV scoring and new tech)
Conduct market research & analysis, evaluating performance of channels to build successful, repeatable practices

Qualifications

be a self-starter with a strategic and entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of building a digital presence in creative fields
have a passion for organization, strong attention to detail, and getting things done.
excellent communication and copywriting skills, fluent in English, add’l languages are a plus
3+ years experience in communications through content in creative services, music, production, or brand
possess excellent computer skills in Airtable or similar, Excel/Sheets, Adobe CS (esp. Photoshop, Premiere), and/or other digital content creation tools, Figma or Canva, Google Slides, Keynote, social media Apps & Mailchimp, understanding of audio apps, HTML, Javascript, Generative AI Tools are a big plus.
have a love for music, teamwork and a passion for realizing excellent craft-driven creative work is a must.
